I agree. Season 2 was so unexpectedly horror filled, nothing like the first season that entertained our intellect with a genuine suspenseful story line that was deliciously compelling! 🤨
Season 1 was excellent. Seas2 They pushed too much horror, not enough character development. Duplass could've been a great ongoing character if they'd dialed back the horror. Season 3, I'm betting they will hear the audience and get back to Season 1 tone.
@@GeorgeMillerAtkinson, hated the disturbing and twisted scenes, especially since they were totally unnecessary. Just like someone said about the movie "Joker", it was emotionally abusing the audience.
Should be spending more time with Billy being a lawyer..the court room scenes in season 1 were excellent, built the atmosphere and it's drifted away from what the character Billy is all about, and even the series
Love season1. Did NOT like season 2 at all! I am not sure I am even interested in a season 3. But, I love Billy Bob so I'll probably watch it anyway albeit reluctantly.
I just want to know why it takes so long to come out with the next season when you know we're on pins and needles awaiting the each one? I was engulfed in the original season and on the edge of my seat. it was so good and superb I binged straight through all (8) eight episodes! However why so few episodes for each season? I tried my best not to binge through the second season, but THE PLOT WAS SO UNEXPECTED and DIABOLICAL compared to the first season, I couldn't wait to find out what would happen NEXT!!! The way it ended it seems like it will be a continuing theme or maybe in the background of future seasons. I was so hard core that when it went off, I couldn't believe IT JUST ENDED LIKE THAT...WITH SO MANY UNANSWERED QUESTIONS, JUST LEFT HANGING!!! Counting the days til' season three!!!
Season 2 just kinda got grizzly and icky, like CSI murderporn, and too many subplots that really didn't contribute to the narrative . Some great acting and characters though. Mark Duplass was dead creepy, but his character was wasted at the end on a silly horror plot.
I've come to love Billy Bob in his most recent roles but my favorite continues to be BANDITS an hysterical comedy that Billy Bob steals from the major stars with a character so different and unexpected from this intense dramatic actor. Just proves how versatile he is. If you haven't seen Bandits find it. You won't be disappointed. ruclips.net/video/A9kCb0E4O3g/видео.html
I really enjoyed season one but I was disappointed in season two. Weak story that really doesn't go anywhere. I felt that Thornton was sleep-walking through the second season. The Thornton's character seems to have lost his edge.
I loved both seasons. Season 2 went too dark but i loved the darkness....though not too happy with the mutilation scenes. So please no more mutilations in season 3 ! I loved Tom's character....i wanted though to have more peals off his character which they cut off at the end.. The actor though just stole the show... For Marisol...i loved the story of a feminist immigration that shows the struggle of a double minority( a woman and hispanic)....and i really wanted to see the full scheme and the struggle of this character that let her to a life of deception and corruption and crime...!! We do expect our minorities to fully assimilate into our cosmopolitan cities but that leaves severe scars and when you add to it a background and history of drugs cartel ...it is impossible to escape that fate!! I wanted to see her rise but would have loved to find justice at the end with a big fall. As regards to Billie...he is the Robin Hood of the jistice system...very simple when it comes to his life style...not gready.. money means nothing to him....but the ethical and the moral aspect of justice is what drives him to take his cases and defend its victims and risk it all for that. Great show!
I found Season 2 stretched too far between too many plot lines and elements. Season 1 was cohesive but S2... Political drama. Drug cartel / crime drama. Family drama. Community drama. Love story. Character drama. Morality tale. Action features. Recreational human mutilation. Sexual perversion. Tragedy. Any 3 of these would have been enough. So lots of interesting stuff and a lot of artsy scenes but, way too much, and poorly focused.
Not even close. Saul ends up being a terrible lawyer. Completely different theme as well. Billy McBride would wipe the floor with Jimmy McGill. Love BCS though
Great series! Love Billy Bob!
Billy Bob is great he is genuine and he is what he is, for this I love his plays.
Excellent show excellent interview... Thank you EW & GOLIATH ❤

Love his role in Fargo too billy bob iconic actor
One of the best shows ive seen in a long time. brilliant!
loved Season 2... it was seriously sick and dark but thrilling
LOVE Goliath!!!! Billy Bob rocks the casbah!!! OMG I adore him!!!! ❤
Season 1 was excellent.

I really don't want them too, i want to get weirder. haha I absolutely LOVED Season 2.

They always pick up the trash in wrong time 😂🤣

Lets be real toms ending was super cool
Billy boob great actor
I may be in the minority but I enjoyed season 2.

Ana is so fucking gorgeous
HR PUFFENSTUFF...WHO YA CALL WHEN THINGS GET ROUGH
Childhood memory forever ruined
Monsters Ball for me.
spoiler alert! Truly riveting, season 3 should take down the lama-no cartel
I hated Silva's ass at the end of season 2.
Tom Wyatt did not do so well in the end.
Kirkola You mean stumpy? 😂
Not a happy ending for Tom
He seamed happy
Frog Green I see what you did there
Let’s just say he became a little speechless 😶
'Mano' means hand. 'Mano a Mano' means 'hand to hand'. If you mean to say 'man to man' that would be 'hombre a hombre'.
whoever wrote the amputation scenes has something seriously wrong with them.
Way, way too creepy, horrific and deranged. Season 1 was stellar though.
Season One - 10 stars Season Two - 5 stars Season 3 - 1 Star please don't make a 4th
Coming October 2020 and lastly Fcuk you
Worst fucking season 2 ever... such a terrible piece of shit sequel for what was a wonderful first season.
I loved both seasons. Season 2 went too dark but i loved the darkness....though not too happy with the mutilation scenes. So please no more mutilations in season 3 !

I think Billy is actually a drunkard in real life too. Maybe

S1 was 9/10 for me but don't bother with S2, has weird story with nothing makes sense.
Is this a Saul Goodman Rip-off
B.C.S. is in a different universe, Great shows, but with different angles.
Not even close. Saul ends up being a terrible lawyer. Completely different theme as well. Billy McBride would wipe the floor with Jimmy McGill. Love BCS though
