There dodge neon ACR rims. Looks like they're painted over aluminum. They only came in 16. They could be found on 2003 and up Dodge Neon SRT-4 s. RT also got a aluminum head and intake.
I never knew they made a Chrysler Neon! I'm guessing that's a Canadian only car? Here in the states, I've seen Neons under both the Dodge and Plymouth names.
+Nick Nichols They're not Ford Focus mk1 wheels though they are a very similar style. The Focus that had that style of wheel only had 4-lug wheels, they also didn't have the insets in the outer rim like these...

No, it’s a SOHC. Only the 1st Gen Neon had the 2.0L DOHC as an option. The Neon SRT-4 has a Turbo 2.4L DOHC.
