So I listen to this show on Spotify and I haven't missed an episode. But this one was the best episode! I listen at work and I was struggling to keep from bursting out laughing, especially at the spaghetti story. Please, please do more of these. This was so entertaining and just fun to hear your perspectives!
I’m crying at the pasta story 😂😭😭 literally the funniest thing I’ve heard. The “vibe” of the tomato & the “essence” of the sauce 🤣 my hip flexors hurt as well. I think mine hurt from dancing my whole life & I still do.

Pilates instructor here! If your hip flexors are bothering you so much during pilates you may not be using the right muscle group or compensating for them using the hip flexors instead of your core. Always tell your instructor if they are hurting you!! :)
It’s not just Pilates it’s anything honestly. Just lifting my leg up forwards ends up hurting, but if it’s out to the side I’m fine. I think it’s from ballet growing up I’m not sure?
