With my arms twisted like that, I can't relax either... It's kind of pointless to hold the phone behind my head. Does the phone have to be on or off?...

Went viral on tik tok. Isabella Kensington did a partial cover of “the record player” by Daisy the great in response to a comment asking for 8D version for people with ADHD. Thousands of people made these loops on RUclips and elsewhere afterwards.
It's called multidimensional music. It's music mixed to feel like it's moving in space around you when you're wearing headphones. It's very calming for some ADHD people because it actively stimulates both sides of the brain and basically quiets the chatter. I find it incredible for helping me focus.
