You will fall in love with this carrot cake. Super moist, super spicy and super fruity. Chopped walnuts and coconut flakes are great combination. Very creamy topping adds some mild flavor. And there is no flour and no sugar addition. Only healthy ingredients for all baking fans! ENJOY!

INGREDIENTS
Cake:
200g almond flour
80g monkfruit
25g coconut flakes
2 tbs pumpkin pie spice
25g chopped walnuts
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
4 eggs
60 ml melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Cream:
226g cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
50g soft butter
3 tbs honey
Toasted coconut flakes

I saw the title and knew I had to watch this right away. This is a spectacular recipe! So well done, my jazzy friend! I will offer one observation: I think you could shorten some of the shots of the mixing and spreading of the cake in the pan, they went on a bit too long. But rest assured, I really love this recipe! Love that it's sugar free and free of processed flour but remarkably like the original!
