i have had two lone wolf strikers and both tips broke off in two different glocks. neither one had over 1000 rounds on the strikers. lone wolf has excellent customer service and sent out replacements asap. that being said, i put them in storage as backups as i don't trust them in my carry guns. i switched to suarez lightweight strikers and have been running them for years with zero issues.
Lone Wolf has that titanium striker on sale for $20, I almost bought it then watched your videos. Thanks! They make great products, but as far as strikers it sounds like steel is the best material for Glock.

I need a damn good reason to use anything but an OEM part in eighty percent builds. Never had a good reason to not use an OEM striker. Everything I do change is either so low risk for reliability like apex's rounded safety plunger, vicker's extended controls, ghost's reduced power safety plunger spring, thoroughly vetted such as overwatch precision's trigger getting the nod from PDs, or fixing a known shortcoming with glock gen 3 such as extractors for ejection. That's how I make builds that take less break-in than shadow systems pistols.
You are swapping parts and talking about tolerance stacking but your not checking your striker to cruciform engagement which has everything to do with what your experiencing. Get an armorer’s back plate and do the proper safety checks before sticking that in your pants. Saying “it feels great” isn’t enough. Like you said “Your life literally depends on it”.
It amazes me how many people build a gun then say parts are crap when they don’t work. Glad you got it running 👊🇺🇸
