Bought this controller bcoz of the review, i would say i am surprise with the quality and performance. Even using it wireless is not bad. Compare to the KK2 this feels much better when playing games. Eould love to have HE sticks but these stick are slready amazing.
Glad you like it if they use ksilve HE sticks I'd rather just stay at what's in there now since I've learned those sticks are trash compared to the gulikit HE sticks.
Seems full of features but what I care about is durability. I own the big big won armor x pro adapter and i've been very happy with it for the last 2 years so I want to know if this controller will hold up like that has.
yea to be honest its hard for me to test that since i test controllers all year i always tell people to look on reddit if it been out a while to see durability.
It's weird how BBW released 3 variants of the Rainbow 2... the Gale, the SE and the Pro. I own the Rainbow 2 SE and the Rainbow 2 Pro and am quite satisfied with them both. The smoothness of their joysticks is very good.
If you are looking for an xbox controller, this isn't compatible with Xbox. Aiming wise, I did alright. I can only speak for my experience with it overall, and it wasn't bad.
@@Photos-NXS-Jayce Yes I have the same question. On the Amazon really clear mention that the analog sticks using hall effect, Why this video said don't have hall effect on the Analog🤔?
@@PughsReview i have it to. But the inconsistent 1000hz. Every 8th poll it has 8ms (125hz) has spikes. Check xinput. Unless they recently released the new consistent update. 🤔
Both are good but i'd recommend the gale more. Try to get the gale hall as it has hall effect sticks. I used the ultimate for a month and then switched to the gale hall , the gale is better. One of the ultimate's weak point is the lb&rb buttons. The buttons use membranes underneath, move around a bit and have quite a bit of travel distance. Gale on the other hand is better built, uses mechanical switches so it has none of the forementioned flaws of the ultimate.
Yeah, it seems like you might have gotten a dud of a controller. I didn't have that experience at all, to be honest. I would definitely send it back and get another one.
Come to think of it those triggers the hall effect trigger so there should be no issues with him at all if you're having random shooting spurts I would assume there's bad Hardware itself inside.
Yea, it kinda of makes me feel a certain way, too, since I recommended it. But these things are made in mass quantities, so there's going to be a few bad apples, unfortunately.
@PughsReview I figured, I just wanted to throw it our there since people are easily confused and if I can help someone out I will, especially with all these controller reviews out and allot of people don't specify if they are compatible and allot still un aware of the third party ban. 🤙✌️🖖🤓
I understand I appreciate you making people aware I made a short on the ban and typically cover compatibility in all my videos. But it's always good to make sure we make people aware appreciate it.

what is the difference from the SE to rainbow 2?, I have the rainbow 2, my favorite controller ive used thus far
How does it feel for aiming? I'm thinking of buying elite series 2 the only about elite 2 is joysticks they are not hot swappable.

@@PughsReview I'm a PC gamer so I have no problem. Do you have elite 2 controller?
so should i buy it like who is better gale hall or rainbow 2 se . i want it for nintendo and pc
The most recent post on Amazon states that the sticks are Hall effects. Are they and update vs what was reviewed in the video or they lying to us??
@@Photos-NXS-Jayce Yes I have the same question.

The one on Amazon are updated ones I'm pretty sure, this video 7 months old.
@@faisalcsat3301 Because he was reviewing the BBW Gale. The one with hall effect joysticks is named... BBW Gale Hall.
Does this have the same sticks as the rainbow 2 , those are some of the most accurate ones ive used so far
This - HE is a marketing scam.
Thanks to this review i ordered one. The g7se is taking too long for a consistent 1000hz update.
Nice. The g7se update is out for the 1000hz I got mine at it now.

@@PughsReview btw the inconsistencies happen on pc
Yea, I figure since that the only way to test as far as I know no way to test on xbox.
Big Bad Won. I'm actually sold

Does it feel like an xbox controller? The rainbow pro 2 felt bulky and wasnt right on my hand
This is definitely closer to an xbox feel for sure.
@@PughsReview thanks. Hopefully everything is smooth
Does go in ps5?
Will it work with Xbox series X and a headset connected?
will it work on xbox series s?
i saw one in my country but it has hall effect thumbstick
So it won't work with Xbox ?
Not Plug and Play possibly with an adapter like the Brooks
why my controller laging wireless?
This controller is terrible. It starts randomly shooting and when im in the main menu the cruiser cant stop going down in halo

Don't use third-party controllers unless xbox certified people, unless you use it on your PC.

@@PughsReviewwhat ban? I don’t care about multiplayer, just need hall and gyro for single player campaigns in fps.
