Singapore if you are a serious, traditional professional that thrives in a corporate environment ... Much higher barrier to entry these days. Dubai if you are a crypto enthusiast or want to start an online business and you enjoy flexing on social media ... Much easier to get into.
Wait for Jeddah, five years later, after the completion of the Jeddah Tower project. It has various competitive advantages, such as its presence on the Red Sea Road, the most important global trade route, and its proximity to high-class tourist cities such as Al-Ula and the Red Sea islands for recreation and enjoyment. The regional headquarters of 540 international companies moved to Riyadh, and some international companies began moving from Dubai, Cairo, etc. To Riyadh after the new legislation The question is: What are Saudi Arabia’s opportunities to compete with them, especially with Saudi Arabia’s plan to expand the King Abdullah Financial Center in Riyadh, and begin completing the Jeddah Financial Tower project?
Overall Dubai is much better than Singapore. Singapore is honestly not even a realistic option as it only accepts ultra-rich for residency there. But Dubai has two major deal-killers: traffic and air pollution. Im not going to move to a city where I am constantly stuck in traffic all the time. And if you look up the level of air pollution, Dubai is one of the highest in the world. A third deal killer for some would be the overwhelming heat during summer although I could accept that.
"Singapore is honestly not even a realistic option as it only accepts ultra-rich for residency there" ive written the exact same thing on this channels comments multiple times. Thomas needs to stop this clickbait nonsense. its like saying hey bro just move to Geneva/Monaco ...SG is impossible for everyone whos not a billionaire
I've lived in both and Singapore weather is a breeze compared to UAE summer. However, i got used to the heat in UAE and loved summer because it was quiet from tourists and the sea was so nice and warm. I can't with regular sea anymore. UAE in winter is too cold haha. And summer is still more comfortable than in my home country the Netherlands. We don't have AC. In UAE and Singapore at least warm weather was doable because AC was everywhere and nice pools / beach. @Hasanaljadid
I`m a day trader and i wanna move to Dubai, and currently i cant afford a golden visa, Can i get a company to get hired and get a two year residency, If i setup freezone company i cant do anything under that company i`m just a day trader, So there is another option.
Yes it works, you don’t need a golden visa at all. We have a company that offers exactly this, we also perfectly specialised for Traders, rather if it’s forex or crypto trading. Let me know if we can help you further
Basically you have to open a Freezone company, hire yourself, then your visa gets issued. We take care for all these steps and give you some solid advice as you are a trader and we have great experience with our clients regarding that

No rule of law in Dubai. No good unless you got international warrants out and want to avoid extradition so the winner is Singapore
There is very strong rule of law in UAE
