The keyhole and numbers are brilliant! And a locking lid on the ink pads -- where have you been all my life? My arthritic hands often drop ink pads. The misting has been game changing for me -- I think this will be too! Altenew has done it again. 😀

Chef's kiss for the pink and yellow blended flower...just gorgeous! Thanks for introducing the new stamp pads and your method for applying ink to die cuts. I hope Altenew pays attention to what you said about adding the color details to the sides so that when they're stacked, you can easily locate them. It's a shame whoever signed off on the final font/design of their new ink product didn't think to include that important detail. 🧐 You're the best! 💗

I have two auto immune diseases that affect my joints. I’ve always struggled with Altenew’s ink lids. I’m SO happy to see this!
Pretty colors on the flowers! Using the die cut temple on a sticky mat for ink coloring made me realize I can do the same thing when coloring a bunch of stamped die cuts when I color with Copics! This idea arrived just in time for coloring stamped images I have for some Christmas cards. Thank you!

Thanks for the coloring tips. I think you e shown us the negative die cut technique before for color layer stamping but I didn’t think of it for coloring loose die cuts. It takes a creative mind like yours to put things together. Thanks a bunch! These cards are beautiful.
Beautiful cards. I love your tip regarding inking die cuts. The idea behind the “keyhole” and numbers on the dies is a great idea. Hopefully they won’t “patent” that idea and prevent other people from being able to do that. Also the round ink pads where you can screw the top on is another great idea. Thank you for sharing 😊🤗

Thank you for another great video! You’re so good at explaining new products. I was thinking about trying the new ink pads, but I have to be more careful about my spending these days. I love the colors of the blue set, so I’m going to try that one. It seems like the new ink will work well with the old colors. When I moved to a smaller house, I had to pare down my stash. I kept my Altenew ink pads because they come in color sets. That’s a great feature.
One of the best things you do is to encourage people to use what they have. You don’t push your viewers to buy, buy, buy! Thank you for that. ❤️
Love how they designed these dies. It will make it so much easier to put together. Thanks for all the tips. As many years as I have been doing cards, it is fun to learn easier ways to do it.
SO, there has to be a way to mark the die cuts from dies we already have. Maybe with a stencil with a tiny shape punched out of it so that we can mark the die cuts ourselves? Have too many flower dies to buy more. This should work, don't you think? Kudos to this company for coming up with the idea. Thank you Jennifer for all the great tips you give us! Love those cards!

WOW the keyholds are wonderful, your cards are fantastic and clearly presented - I LOVE these new dies and the looks that the new ink give - softer yet richer. The blue flowers I thought were actual dried flowers that you may have used to show how real they look. LOL

The ones I use the most are the Anna Griffin Empress (electric) and the Spellbinders Platinum 6 (manual). Sometimes I am sent the first one I try (not always) but then I end up by more (this is my job! lol)

I actually thought round pads were my idea, when I made them 2 years ago. However I used small tin cans with screw on lids intended for cosmetics and used the diy felt pad by Ranger cut in circles and glued to the inside of the lid. That way the dye doesn't wander to the bottom and if I overink the pad, the ink drips into the bottom.

Amazing flowers 🤩 As always, your cards are sooooo gorgeous Jennifer.
Your template idea is very smart.. even if you didn’t have specific style of layering die, you could study the guides provided with die layering sets And make your own numbered templates, so you know where the layers go, what colors to do them. A lot less guesswork this way!
I really like the subtle detail of the sparkle pen too! These dies are very pretty with that line detail etching

I'm not really a fan of the layering dies, I've always felt they look awkward and too frustrating to get the proper alignment. Your examples using the new numbering and keyhole design definitely make this a more attractive alternative to me. These added features may convince me to give them a try. Thanks!
