Robert Engstrom shares his journey of realizing the fullness of God's grace through his father's words of acceptance and comfort as a young man.
We come to God as we are. Our issues and questions should not keep us from coming to our source of restoration. We can't wait until we feel good enough. The Bible says that while we were still sinners God died for our sins. Romans 5:8.
At that point we learn and experience the love and sacrifice that God has poured out for us. He then can create within us a new heart and a right spirit. Ezekiel 36:26
We truly can become a new person in Christ. "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature. Old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new." 2 Corinthians 5:17-21
