A relative easy fix by bending the metal springs. Unscrew a bit all of them and then get them out. Make sure you mark the position always to be sure you put everything in the right position.

Yeah but if you over tight the screws the lens has difficulties locking or going on. Just went through this with EF- EOS M2 ?

This worked for me with 2 adapters. I did as well this to my Blackmagic Pocket 4K and i prefer to be tight than the lens moving a bit every time while focusing.
