    They are amazing. You have to use Korda carp hooks to tie your own flies. I have a collection of hooks broken, straightened out. As it goes dark, my God. It is like sea trout fishing on steroids! Brings back wonderful memories. Brilliant film!

    Spent some time in India twenty years ago in my pre fly fishing days and I remember some places in the upper Ganges watching huge shoals of Mahseer stacked up. In the middle of town too. Such a missed opportunity: but a reason to go back🤘

    Best time to fish for them is as it is going dark or even in darkness when you hear them sucking the surface!
