6 kW = about 10 hp. Obviously a brushless model plane or quad type motor and lithium ion battery. That is why human carrying quads are actually possible.
Beautifully done. I've owned a boat for fifty of my 78 years. I once owned a Styrofoam sail boat. It was just a "play thing" for use on the nearby lake - fun. Worked well and I often thought about putting fiberglass on it but never got to it. In this case I would shield the pipe, prop and rudder and protect any point where water could get into the electronics. Small gets bigger so I would figure out how to make the wings removable and add more depth. I don't think that would be difficult to do. Not sure how long it runs but the longer the better. I could see these being used competitively on the lake by people everywhere. One becomes many and it doesn't take long for the enhancements to come. Next question, how can I use it to fish out of and troll with? I would have to be able to change the gear ratio of the prop as needed.... Thanks. Nice job!!!!!
