- Adding a logo to your Outlook Email signature can be challenging. Luckily we can create a professional email signature with Google Docs, then transfer it to our Microsoft Outlook signature block.

@MikesOffice Thank you for the help. I was going nuts trying to figure how to add a pic to my signature.
Perfect, Professor.
Clearly explained!!!
Thanks so much this was super easy and it looks great xx
it doesnt stay the same size and becomes super big when i paste it
Nice, can’t wait to have the best professional signature in the office!
That is a nice feeling! Would yours look more like the first one or the second?
Hey Mike,
Thanks for the inspiration on how to create our personal one!
Anytime, Koren! I struggled with this one for a while. Couldn’t get Outlook to behave and let me add the picture the way that I wanted to. Did you use the Centennial logo or make a personal one?
@@MikesOffice planning to use a personal one, for my own personal outlook, the school one, I'm keeping the same as last semester! :)
Preparing a signature for a client but I don't have Outlook to test it on. Can't the hyperlinks be added in the Google doc before copy and pasting into Outlook?
The problem is mobile. If I view this in the iOS outlook app, the picture in the left appears tiny compared with the text. On desktop it looks fine. Is it because the table is resizing on the mobile app?
Shoutout to Centennial College!
Please slow down! some of us are challenged in this area!
