I cannot wait. The legendary Phillip Luswata. This is one of the most brilliant yet underrated minds in the Arts industry in Uganda and perhaps East Africa.
It's been awhile since I've seen this legend. I am definitely going to try cooking the liver his way. I didn't know about soaking the onions that's a good tip I'm going to utilize.
Make sure you them in water for enough time.......because if they don't soak for enough time.........they will still hurt your eyes..... I had no idea that you know him..........hehe....please try it out..
When you put in hot water light score with cross...away from the storks end...then put in boiling hot water skins comes away easier. If too salty add a potato it will absorb the salt. Then you can remove it from your dish.
I have just cooked the liver stew and tasted. It’s successful (not salty) and delicious this time. Anyway the potatoes will go well with the stew so. I’m boiling them aside. Thank you Patel.
Haahaahaaa..I knew it...please come and take over...I really need someone to help me.......🤣🤣🤣 am right here planning for Northern Uganda tour...since the lockdown was lifted.....
@@EatingTheAfricanWay No problem. When I come I'll relieve you of this job and handle it alone so you can rest for a few months. Good news to hear the lockdown has been lifted so you can head up north and continue to enjoy all the goodies.
