Learning from Failure || LA Tourist 2024

A little bit of an update on my Hard Coe 100 training. Unfortunately, I came down with some sort of lingering viral infection that completely knocked me down for quite a while. The LA Tourist race ended up being unsuccessful, but this, along with my continued health struggles, have helped me reflect on the importance of not taking your health and strength for granted.

I think you are right that you can’t take things for granted and things can happen. You’re the third you tuber I follow that have symptoms of chronic fatigue. Weirdly, both of the you tubers are also mountain bikers
