Really loved your video! My family and I will be visiting in August, do you recommend us staying at the Grand Caribe? Are the prices reasonable? Is it close to everything downtown?
Thank you so much! Amazing! you are going to love it! Yes I definitely recommend staying at Grand Caribe. The prices are definitely reasonable, especially if you are traveling with a large group. I would argue that a 3 bed/bath condo for a week would be less then reserving 3 seperate rooms at a hotel of the same luxury level. The accommodations are what I would call casual luxury. Very nice but not too nice that you are afraid to touch anything. It's pretty close to town. Only a couple of miles. Not walking distance but just a short cruise in a golf cart. I hope you all have a fabulous vacation 😀
hey great question! Yes there was a 19% hotel tax/fee but I booked directly with the hotel so everything was included in the price I was quoted at booking, so no nasty surprises when we arrived. Below is the break down of our stay For 6 people to stay in a 3BR/3BA Ocean view condo for 7 nights in March of 2022 I paid a total of $4,489.87. Room Charges $3,773.00 19% hotel tax/resort fee: $716.87 Hope that answered your question.
