  • Throughout their long and extremely emotional experience, Moira Mattingly and her husband, Jeff, credit Tuvia Blechman, M.D., Chairman of Pediatrics and Medical Director of the Lundy Family Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and the entire Howard County General Hospital NICU staff with helping them navigate the difficult and confusing journey.

    A good family friend of ours had a set of twins at 25 weeks. They came home in March and one came off Oxygen a couple weeks ago.
