    Does this help with condensation?

      Are you referring to thermal bridging? It does help reduce thermal loading of the roof, yes. You still need to insulate the roof from the inside or on the exterior with some form of overframing to prevent thermal bridging and in turn condensation on the interior of the home

      @@BuiltByBaileys There's a version for metal that might be more suited to shipping containers...any experience with that? I have two 40' containers...looking to use one of these products.
