    I literally fade up with Care health insurance. Admitted 8 days in hospital due to Dengue. High fever 102+ for 4 days with severe headache, omitting. Initially platelets count was 1.50 lac due to which cashless claim rejected saying that platelets count should be below 1 lac. After that my platelets gone down to 97, 93, 60, 55 in next 4 days of hospitalization. Still care health insurance did not bother to approve cash less claims instead of hospitalization in Care insurance listed hospital. Very poor response from customer care executive. No support to patients. No proper guidance. 4 times claim approved but rejected again asking n number of queries repeatedly. I was waiting for discharge at 5.30 pm on 14th September's and till 11.30 pm I was begging to care health insurance to approve the claim. But till 12th Pm night they raised another query and could not leave/discharged that day due to pathetic care health insurance policy.

    Care is very pathetic when it comes to claim settlement...as per their policy they cover only critical cases. Mine case was of dengue fever. That means you should wait for case to go in critical stage if you want claim. Otherwise they will simply reject claim with reason that patient could have cured on OPD basis

      If didn't claim for past five years then they have no right to reject the claim as per IRDAI rules

      @@akhileshlunde9931 10 year me ek baR eyes ka liea mene apna bas wo star ke sath liea ab mene port kraya tha wife ke liea pehali bar liea but care rejected my claim even only 70-80 thousand only Inka ek employee aaya tha paper verification ke liea usne bola tha jldi krNa he to bolo mene kha koi nahi mil jayega ab to mene pay kr diya he legta he usko bol deta to shayed wo krva deta ye company loot Rahi he or jisne port kerai thee Mr. Aaditya tha wo bhi kuch nhi bol rha aese he ye baieman company

    Pahle bolate Hain ki viral infection hoga to admit ho sakte hain per jab admit hone jaenge to inke aur alag niyam ban jaate Hain jese ki dengue positive hone ke bad bhi inko platelet 100000 se kam hone chahiye pata nahi aaa q karte he

    Care walo ko bat karne tak ki tameez nahi hain ese bat karte jese hum inse pesa cheen lenge policy dete bahot dedication ke sath sab cheez batate hain jab claim ke liye bolo to bus apni Ramayan gate hain

    I do multiple companies health insurance business, yaha baat care ki ho rahi hai toh let me tell you, jitne cases maine dekhe hai unme sw jisme customer ki galti nahi hai aisa ek bhi claim Care ki taraf se reject nahi hua hai, itna sach bol rahe ho toh please share your claim id and branch I will check it out and if possible will try to help you, mujhe toh poora vishwas hai ke Care company jhootha kaam nahi karti, ek toh aapka agent fraud hoga ya phir aap me se koi na koi khud jhooth bolke policy purchase kiya hoga

    Sabse gatiya company hai 102.32 fiver hone ke baad bhi admit hone pe claim cancel wo bhi 3 baar mat Lena bhaiyo ye policy

    Sir mai more than 5 years insurance field me full time professional hoon, aap video banao lekin jimmedarj se banao, jo company itna accha progress kar rahi hai uska naam kharab karne ki koshish mat karo
    Aur sirf care nahi, aaj kal bahot saari health insurance companies accha kaam karne ki koshish kar rahi hai, toh logo ko kisi particular company ke against discourage mat karo chahe woh care ho ya koi aur company ho
    Agent accha hona bahot jaroori hai, jisko plans ke baare me sab sahi sahi information ho, aur dusari baat customer genuine hona chahiye, phir kuch bhi galat nahi ho sakta hai kisi ke saath

    Please do communicate whether you have any health insurance policy that can cover me ( I am 69 years old) & my wife ( who is 65 years old) . Do have to obtain individual policy or can I take floater policy for me & my wife. I wish to take policy amounting to RS 10 lacs each or 15/ 20 lacs floater policy. Pl do let me know the premium. Regards
    Can you please guide on following two matters:
    1) can a person who has undergone kidney transplant operations couple of years ago & who is leading a good healthy life now get an insurance coverage for his complete health ( present age of person is 35 years)
    2) can a person who has donated a kidney to the above person , who is leading good healthy life now get an insurance coverage for his total health( his present age is 65 years)
    3) anybody who has undergone knee replacement operation couple of months ago get an insurance policy ( his present age is around 69 years)
