Self growth has been a heck of a thing for me. Wasted too much time.. Looked into diffrent aspect of life like spirituality to get the answer .. but that didn't help much.. .. But your video are amazing it makes us feel it's possible!

I relate so much to your story its weird, I'm literally going through the frustrated phase, where I am looking up any possible help possible, and I would force myself to situations, but im not enjoying them at all and they end up bad, mainly because I have very low self esteem. But really, Thanks for the videos! They are EXTREMELY relatable to me. First I thought I had a woman problem, then a speechcraft problem, but now I realized its just me not liking myself for no reason, restricting me from being myself and making me five robot responses to people. But at least I've realized my core problem, just need to start liking myself. But anyways, thanks again, your videos are the best out there on youtube for confidence.
