@spidebot3045 third most powerful of all the captains. Old man yama > aizen> unohana> shunsui and urahara> zaraki( could be 3rd but 5the due his lack of brain cells)
But they didn’t remember from the start Zaraki Kill 3 Sternritter easily without breaking a sweat with just base power and that Unohana kill and revive Zaraki multiple times to get Zaraki wake up so just imagine if Unohana is on the frontline fighting, SHE CAN easily win and beat so many Sternritter without sweat too. It is one of the foreshadowing how powerful Unohana is.
