In all of gotei excluding aizen, yama and unohana are completely in different leagues. It is like naruto+ sasuke + sakura = 100%. Naruto + sasuke = 99.99%. Shunsui and ukitake are op too but not as op as unohana and yama
They should have revealed his Bankai vs Aizen instead of doing it to reveal a massive power creep in the storyline and then perish while standing still not attempting to fight back. He could have defeated every other Quincy at the same time, minus maybe the "God" that is coming up vs. Kyōraku.
