Best thing was the encore. The musicians even took their phones out to capture these moments because it is indeed more than just unusual at a "classical" concert
For their 30th anniversary, the Onkelz have rewritten selected songs into classical music. There is a whole album of them. No orchestra in Germany wanted to work with the Onkelz because of their past. They then found what they were looking for abroad. This is an excerpt from the live premiere in Germany. In the meantime, the orchestra has even toured with the program 😀
