It might be hard, but just try to get up and work, find something u like doing that would take u to a meditative state, in short focus. It will be hard but do it for yourself.
I get up and go to work. I talk to nobody. The few who talk i dont listen. I go home and lock my self in my room till it's time to sleep. I wake up and go to work.
