    Amazing. Each time when you make this adhirasam, I like to eat it or not I love to watch it, the way you describe, and explain. The dough when it's cooked, I feel that you have some magical wand that makes it to form a ball without sticking to the kadai. I have mentioned that I have been following you for a long time more than 20 years. I am not sure from the day you had started to telecast your cookery shows on podhigai TV. After that on Vijay TV, jaya TV. So on. Thank you so much dear. Still learning a lot. 👍😍

    I have achieved a very good Adhirasam output, using rice flour sourced from Amazon. So one can easily cut out the soaking and grinding of rice step.
    Also, water content should be reduced, as one wastes a lot of gas, just cooking jaggery and water, to make it thick

    Hi Aunty,my mom makes excellent Adhirasam and I always wanted to try.I don’t have the confidence since it is very tricky.Thanks for teaching using store bought rice flour as it gives me a push to try.I live in the US and I get Powdered Jaggery at Indian stores.Can we use that instead of Paagu vellam as I have seen Mandai vellam but not Paagu vellam?.I have tried many of your recipes and they come out fantastic.God bless you Aunty with good health and cheer always.

    To avoid crispy adirasams, after preparing the dough with jaggery, before frying add a spoon full of fresh curds and mix well. Adirasams will be soft.
