PS The chunks of skin debris is the broken down cyst wall or sac. Esthetician’s are not allowed, in the USA, to open a cyst with a scalpel and I have never seen one of these Vietnamese Spa’s use a scalpel either. That is generally the best way to get the sac but that needle tool and some scraping will remove a good bit of it! If not, the cyst will return! Have a great week!
