C'est la 1 ère fois que je vois un travail fait proprement avec une désinfection à la bétadine . Bravo je pense que ça limite l'infection qui est tellement étendue ! Bravo !
For someone who keeps saying “antibiotic”. She does give him antibiotics, and a type of mask to help the cystic to get to the surface of the skin. He has to take the antibiotic and apply the mask on his face at home though. She also steams his face before the treatment. And the yellowy thing that she wiped on his face is collagen (she said). And she also gives him some medicated cleanser. I don’t know what makes people think all she has done is just pimple popping!
Ikr! The other day I was watching 2 different videos where you could hear the girl trying to quietly sob and another you could see tears in the corners of her eyes.
I almost passed over this one, but am so glad I checked it out! Phenomenal job! Thanks for sharing & looking forward to any future post! Love from KY, USA!
I doubt his acne never gets or got under control. Jabbing around at severe cystic acne only exacerbates it. For every pore emptied, another fills. This poor person needed much more than what he was receiving ... hands down. I'd call upon Western meds for this.
For the doubters: ruclips.net/video/DS4vdQnt-pA/видео.html This is after a long series of treatments. Yes, it's the same person. Watch all 20 parts of his transformation.
Because they're not "mature enough" and that would be painful as all hell to get after. The process is really shown on the pimple cluster to the left of the nose, she keeps worrying the cluster until it dislodges completely. Then it will heal from the inside out. But I get what your saying.
This is one of the most hygienic and thorough cystic acne removal I have come across! You have to get everything out! And they keep using new swabs! Improvement possible but not entirely necessary...I Love it! Ps...most likely they are seeing a doctor but multiple approaches is the best way to resolve this...
You’re kidding right?😳 you do see the infectious material all over her gloves, the dirty ass cotton ball and the puncture tool that is the rubbed all over his face again and again only to spread?
@@alys4570 She repeatedly dips the puncture tool in Betadine/iodine before doing pops (I think she rests it tip-down in a container of iodine when she puts it down to switch to a q-tip) and the cotton pad changes several times throughout the video. I mean, you're right that this isn't to a surgical standard and who knows, maybe it should be, but it's still far and away the most responsible use of infection control I've ever seen watching this type of video.
This professional is the best I've seen in two years of being hooked on this procedure. She uses the loop gently and the prong delicately. She is mindful of the pain her client can tolerate, and respectful of the surgical field being maintained. My respect to this woman who does her job honorably.
you are the best technician! almost all others will be so gentle but really they are making it worse. they open the skin and leave the infection below to become worse. you understand when there is more to remove and you aren't afraid to press hard to get it out. pressing hard doesn't really hurt more but it's more work for you so good job and thank you! this is very satisfying to watch

Even surgeons still use this for prep to surgery to get it sterile. you can see afterwards the natural white blood cells coming to the surface due to you cleaning all the areas correctly as well. JOB WELL DONE!

This is so wrong! The ensuing damage to the surrounding tissue increases the risk for infection while decreasing the skins ability to properly heal. Hasn't anyone thought of benzoyl peroxide? It was help with reducing the inflammation and dry up some of the oils.
Lizzy Smith Hi there! So I just wanted to clarify this treatment is not taking place in the US. Also, benzoyl peroxide can be very helpful in treating cystic acne. However, it does not work for everyone. It can be very irritating to the skin for many patients and also cannot be used together with some treatments including but not limited to: topical ointment, salicylic acid, sulfur, tretinion, resorcinol etc.... she’s using Povidone-iodine (orange brown liquid) which is an antiseptic used to treat and kill bacteria. You’ll also see her using a form of kelp or seaweed paste which is used as an anti-inflammatory. Again, this treatment is not taking place in the US therefore there is a huge cultural difference in medical guidelines. This type of cystic acne can be anabiotic resistant and we don’t know his past or current medical history. I can say though that in his latest treatment video she has completely cleared him of acne with little to no scarring whatsoever. I know it’s difficult when we see things done in different countries because were so used to the US standard. We have to remember that foreign countries sometimes do not have access to even a quarter of the things that we have access to in the US and there’s also a cultural difference in what people think is medically appropriate. I am a psychiatrist out of Las Vegas Nevada and I also write healthcare policy and procedure for the AMA. I know how frustrating it can be to see things done so inadequately and often times in a very unhygienic fashion. I did do some research and she has in fact followed minimal US guidelines in treating cystic acne and followed them to the fullest as determined by her countries medical guidelines. It’s very hard to determine anything as it would be speculative. Not knowing who this patient is or his medical history makes it difficult to make any sort of third-party assessment. However, the end result does speak for itself.
Jesus that person needs a real doctor and some antibiotics. Not someone opening up already inflammed areas. I hope this doesn't make them sicker. I can't even watch this.
I am sorry for this kid but you did a great job! 😄 If he really wants to clear up his face, he needs to research the foods that can help clear this up. It looks like too much greasy foods. Need more green leafy salads, spinach really helps.
It's entirely possible this has no relation to food at all. Many youth in Vietnam have chloracne, which is a result of exposure to residual Agent Orange in the soil from the Vietnam War. They have no control over exposure, they just simply must treat it. Don't judge someone for their diet when you don't know the whole story.
You are a dreamer or know nothing about acne! He will suffer for years without specific antibiotics and real medical skin care treatments! And he will definitely end with deep scars forever… Poor guy!!

That tool is super manky & I don't understand why you have to use something so large. You go in too deep & seem to not care about the amount of pain you are causing this client.
So frustrating to watch lol. Everything seems locked in the pores tightly. I wish she would’ve expressed the blood and bad interstitial fluid under those inflamed areas and used the plastic suction bottle to draw those clots out. I bet she would have gotten a huge clot out lol. Very sad for him he’s obviously had it tough
Have you ever done this before ? All you do is jump around, don’t finish full extraction and for the patients sake get rid of that pointer/poker thing. Use a needle ! Less blood !
I'm not sure if you realize that antibiotics are not easily accessible in Asia. Actually, Western medical care is expensive and this tech is doing the best with what she has.
If antibiotics are expensive, then there must be alternative medications. Steam, steam masks, then a gentle squeeze. Scrubs made with herbs, peroxide, betadine, lemon juice. Another shelf product is Formula 10.0.6 'So Totally Clear' ... This product is brilliant - perhaps purchase on EBay. Or, on a tougher side ..... make a paste acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin) crushed with lemon juice then paint it on and leave for 20 minutes. It cannot be any worse than spearing them and leaving heaps of pock marks. I feel sad for these poor patients, having to endure the pain these pimples/blackheads cause and having the embarrassment of such angry skin. Wishing you the best

R you talking about the one at 1min? Love it good video
deana holloway yes!! My bad.
Have you ever done this before ? All you do is jump around, don’t finish full extraction and for the patients sake get rid of that pointer/poker thing. Use a needle ! Less blood !
Just an FYI when using iodine u start in the middle and make circles as u r moving to the outside. The way u r doing it isnt helping.
Is it personal hygiene, nutrition issues, weather, genetics, etc.,? So many people being treated for symptoms but not the causes... Sad to see...
This guy needs antibiotics... end of story!
I'm not sure if you realize that antibiotics are not easily accessible in Asia. Actually, Western medical care is expensive and this tech is doing the best with what she has.
What makes you assume he's not on antibiotics?
Also, believe it or not, this is the treatment for this type of cystic acne.
Over use of antibiotics is half of the problem in the USA.
@@michirican Honestly, antibiotics is the last line of defense throughout Asia. It's just too expensive for the locals.
She so gentle with her client, And she really Good 👍
This poor guy has cystic acne. It only gets better with ABT. He is gonna have a lot of scarring.
Maybe a crow bar would be more gentle and leave a whole lot less scaring ??? OMG
Nice clean technique, good camera work.
Bless his heart. Must be so painful.
My heart’s breaking for this guy
If you use two ear swabs, you can get the most of the pimples cleaned out , rather than a first used glove. Please keep things more sanitary.
