Hi, Since you are from Civil you should go from Functional SAP training say in MM or SD..also if you are good in programming like C,SQL then you can learn SAP ABAP as well..anything needs lot of focus and determination and course will take 3-4 months

In India oil & module is of less demand.Considering the demand in Middle East they have a huge demand for the same. Also in current tred surviving with one module is difficult hence better try nearly core modules like MM & QM.
