The vast majority of ancestors of the current population are migrants from south Lancashire and the rest of Northern England as a result of the industrial revolution followed by an influx of Welsh and Irish in the Victorian period. English is the default majority of the population.

Council of Somali Organisations and other similar community groups need extended funding to spread their culture in Cornwall instead. British history is too divisive!
