      my pleasure :) i love working with impression mats they are amazinnnnggg!!! they make cake decorating so easy! I have other videos on other things you can do with impression mats :)

    On Cake Boss, they add a dark color with a brush where the pearls go, so when the pearls are added, it looks like the pearls are pushed into the cake.

      oh I wish I knew this last week...I made another video and would of loved to have tried that method :( oh well if i do make another "quilting" video i will defiantly try that...thanks for that tip! :) :) :)

    I wonder why this technique is called quilting, because a better term may be "tuffeting" -- like a tuffeted chair or sofa.

    What I don't understand is why you would go through all the effort to push the dragees in, only to remove them again nd then put them back. Can you not make the cross sections without the balls being pushed in first?
    Just seems like and awful waste of time.
    That, and, you need a Dragee Kiss
