There's a 10x easier way to do this kind of thing. The "R" and the "A" fix are pretty easy. And when working with text, you always convert to shape, rarely rasterize. And when adding the reflection you can just use the keyboard shortcut "Ctrl + Shift + I" to inverse it. And you're better off just keeping the opacity of the marquee tools at 100% and adjusting them later. Besides those few things, great job!
