Goodhertz plug-ins are incredible! They have that gritty vibe that Soundtoys and Kush also do really well.

I'm so hype to see GHz Tupe properly appreciated! Also, utilizing that cal (ibration) trim will help you dial in the unit to 1) auto level & hit all the circuitry at "optimal" levels (not mission critical) and 2) abuse and push the drive & distortion levels to shameful levels. haha

I owned the beta and the release now - it is FABulous! I recommend putting it into the chain [Wave generator -> Tupe -> Oscilloscope] to see how marvelously it squishes on a single-cycle level 🥰

I like the opto limiter on the percussion, but in all other instances I preferred the entire plugin "off". I do understand what Goodhertz was going for here, but I'm not feeling the tube emulations. They sort of remind me of the old Nomad Factory tube plugins. As far as the tape emulations, they seem like something I could get easier with included plugins (at least in ProTools). The opto comp/limiter sounded pretty good though. I could see myself using just the Opto section on its own pretty often.

You can definitely use the plugin in mastering as well! Quite a versatile beast 🤘

Use the white interface. The black one is hard to see.

Guy on the right looks like he's listening to a dude tell him about the green monsters screaming on the ceiling. He's straining his ears and eyes trying to believe.

What is the fascination with "sharp Q" sweeping high pitch frequencies?!?!? Gotta warn a brotha, unlike other engineers, I actually want to preserve my ears!! Lolol😂
