- The 2022 Hilux Revo brings upon some changes to its skin and a few under the hood too. We’ve all liked the flashier lights and fancier rims.. but the hp is what matters in drags. 200+ hp and 500nm of torque will be put to test against the famous street dog: RS Turbo 2020.
EXTRA NOTE: The Revo had a BRD Straight pipe which helps in the back-pressure (a few hps even).

the problem here is that he is using D(Drive) gear instead of S(Sports) which is limiting the turbo civic rpm power curve which in return decreases cars horse power which makes it slower compared to S gear.
Yes d and s are night and day in terms of kick down/pedal response.
●Both same total hp i think, but D mode takes a long ass time to kick down and pick up compared to S.
●A man on a bicycle may be able to beat the civic in d mode too for 1st 2 seconds, but no chance in S mode 🤣🤣🤣
Race should be done in Sport mode

Such a beast truck competing with turbo engine. Amazing....
Hilux also has a turbo engine.

For a laymen plz someone explain what is benefit of straight pipe?
A normal exhaust consist of resonator, muffler and a catalytic converter but a straight pipe removes all and it just a straight pipe from engine to exhaust tip.

@@hasaniking1835 in some countries it is illegal to remove due to emission regulations. Other than that you gain some power.

company claims around 174 bph and 220 nm torque.
but according to a comment i was reading , it said that civic rs 2020 has around 178 bhp and 230 nm torqu at peak rpm, which is between 3.5k to 4.5k rpm
