    Now, these are the instructions. I wish there are more paper modelers on RUclips, mostly when it comes to realism, quality, details and brand-specific like this one.
    Great job, sir.

      Thank you! I think that this is because our hobby is much more time consuming than plastic one.
      But you can be one of those on RUclips too. :)

      @Lazy_Jelly Год назад +1

      @@oliverskovajsa, like you said, sir that it consumes a lot of time than the plastic ones. Thus, I also don't have much the luxury of time, that's why I can't build my paper model backlogs nor to upload mine on RUclips or on any social media.

    Fantastic job on this model, Oliver! You must have unbelievable patience, especially with the tracks. I wanted to ask you for your thoughts about the possibility of scanning these 1:25 model booklets to 1:6 scale so they would be compatible with the super detailed 1:6 scale posable figures. Tanks and other vehicles in this scale are extremely expensive, and in this larger scale the pieces would be far easier to cut out. Do you think if they were enlarged that size that the printed art that looks great in 1:25 scale would look pixilated? These same models made in 1:6 scale would be very desirable for the many collectors of 1:6 scale posable figures so many of us would love to see you do a video attempting this!

    • @oliverskovajsa
      @oliverskovajsa  2 года назад

      Thank you for your compliment and question as well. Unfortunately I can't answer surely because I never did that before. The difference between 1/25 scale and 1/6 scale is enormous in every point of view. I would expect that the paint and generally "graphics" (without any other adjustments) just enlarged to 1/6 scale can may act overpixelated.
      A few GPM models are available in 1/16 scale, thus you can try them. Literally few of them (Twardy, Greif or some Panzer IV..).
      But on the other hand larger pieces are not always easier to cut out. When I worked on Tw29 (check video) some pieces were larger than I was used to and to manipulate with them wasn't easier as I maybe expected. 1/25 scale is the best for military vehicles in my opinion. They are not to big or small, they have the right dimensions for fingers or eyes not even for modeler but also for anyone who would like to see yor piece of art (I mean spectators on competition for example).
      To record a "closer" video than photo-collage video as you used to see is something I want to achieve as soon as possible. But this kind of video will be a bit longer and maybe to complete one model will be metter of few separated videos.

    Great model but would have loved to see an Actual Video and not just a collection of pictures snapped together. So we can see technique and tricks of the trade. But still interesting. I just know you'd have a lot more subs with an actual video of the process. Thanks for sharing.

      Actually I would like to shoot real videos but I don't have the right equipment for now. I'm trying to improve my videos all the time. Currently I working on new video about still nonfinished model (check my instagram if you are interested) where will be some short videos between photos. I got a question, could the infantry fight inside of the vehicle like sticking out their guns out on top and fire from that position?

    • @oliverskovajsa
      @oliverskovajsa  5 лет назад

      I think so but I'm not sure. There was also a second machine gun in the rear side of the vehicle (above the doors).

    • @MeFee100
      @MeFee100 5 лет назад +1

      Yes they could fight from the inside. As you probably know german mashine pistole since model mp 38 were specially designed for that task. They mounted special hook under the barrel of mp, which looks like has no purpose, but it was specially designed to hooked up the barrel against the board of sdkfz and shoot from inside.
