I myself own a Primitive deck and I'm very happy with it, however I recently almost peeled off the nose

Sweep your front foot up toward the nose and pick up your back foot after you pop. Dragging your front foot and hitting the nose will give you that lift you need. Pop, sweep, level out, land bolts

When is the best time of year to learn how to skate?? I have a board in my room all set up and everything too. I used to penny board 2 years ago but then I stopped so I have similar experience
As long as the weather is good outside then anytime. And penny boards suck because they're hard to do tricks on and they're way more dangerous than a regular skateboard.
I find them a bit easier if u lean back . Just a little tip
