Not a word from here but a very rude and unprofessional person at PHP told me that if we haven’t returned your call we aren’t interested. Wow! If this is how they treat licensed agents I’m not sure how they treat the general public.

Plus I know our home office team very well and extremely hard to believe anyone would return your call and have that rude reply to you.
