As a little gay boy I had a bit of a phase being interested in girly things and thought I might be a girl but this was in the 90s, when thankfully, none of this "affirmative" sh*t existed. Thus I simply went through puberty and learned I was just gay but still very much a male. Thank god I wasn't influenced by this woke crap back then.

Me too, but born a few years later in '67 and mom wanted me to act like a girl, but I've always been less effeminate than the average female in my time. We literally have a special Olympics made for people with all kinds of disabilities and have far more hardship than anybody who is trans can even fathom and you never hear them complain because most people who participate in the special olympics recognise it wouldn’t be fair on them or anyone else if they were just lumped in together at the standard Olympics. So if they can deal with it why do the trans community have such a problem having their own division?
The reason why we have male and female categories to win awards like acting is so there are more opportunities for people to be recognised, if we just have one ‘actor’ category that didn’t consider gender then far less people are going to get a chance at winning which wouldn’t be doing any good for anyone. If my daughter grew up and wanted to be an actress or an Olympic athlete I would like the feeling that she isn’t going to have her opportunities taken away from her in the name of “inclusion” which ironically seems to not want to include people at all, it wants to exclude people so it can create the “illusion” it’s including people.

There's a study that showed that kids who ID as trans are somewhere on the spectrum. Which makes sense because a friend's son is on the spectrum and he came out as trans.
I don't buy it. There are still goth kids, punk kids, metal heads, jocks and so on.
Telling young children who believe they can be an airplane or a rainbow or a cloud when they grow up that they can choose to be male or female, neither or both is abuse.
I would only add this for you if I may, remember not all people receive the teachings you did so if something is not taught how can it be known ? We are all products of our environment meaning we did not choose our mother or father not even our name so if you did not have those teachings again I ask how is it abuse. Love and understanding come from a THOUGHT, LOVE THEM and know YOU are not teaching this to your kids.

I didn't know much about Sage Steele before Jason Whitlock interviewed her. I was impressed with her then. I'm now blown away at her interviewing skills. Her temperment, intelligence, strategy, and personality are top level for a podcast. I've watched a lot of homicide detectives conduct suspect interviews, and she would've been outstanding at that as well.

This happened to my brother. In grade school he was labeled gay because he would rather be social than play sports. Then the school psychologist started counseling and telling him he is gay without my parents permission.
Goth kids came after I was done with school, and I didn't get it back then, but they sure seemed to walk around with positive self esteem, and that is key to development.

I have a couple of friends where both of their children who are about ten and in junior school have come home and said they think they are gay, purely of what they are being taught and because they like playing with friends of the same sex. What a mixed up world we live in.
