What project do you think is the best in 5 years with all of type of technology?
In my opinion, for the next 5 years, Hashgraph would be an ideal investment, but if you are looking for 10+ years, the no doubt, it has to be Holochain. But I would also recommend to do you own research and analyze what suites your understanding.

In my opinion, Hashgraph would be the next big thing after blockchain as it offers solutions to a lot of blockchain's limitations, followed by Holochain and DAG afterwards

It all depends on how you want to position yourself and which use case/ application you trust can be more promising. For me, its Holochain!
Constellation DAG + Iota MIOTA uses DAG tech
Hedera HBAR uses hashgraph and they have patented it.

Another DAG project is Nano. zero fees
and Vite. Perfect DAG project
If Flaws are Removed from DAGs like (amount of transaction ) it would beat block chain in future.!

Hello my friend, we must distinguish between centralization of the consensus algorithm and governance. The hashgraph algorithm is highly decentralized - there are no leaders, miners, coordinators or block producers with special influence towards consensus.
Hedera Hashgraph will initially be operated by a group of KYC'd nodes from diverse industries, geographies, and operational environments. The plan is that, eventually, it will be possible for any individual or organization to run a node and that the network will expand to millions of nodes across the globe.
The Hedera Hashgraph public DLT has made a first-in-class decision to put away with the entire concept of forking in order to provide an enterprise-ready stable network. In this design, full transparency is still clearly evident in the open-review process of the underlying source code.
