I've dropped 80lbs only to discover I'm still ugly, sometimes life is just over especially in terms of love. I fast 5 days a week, water fast 2, my routine 3-4x weekly is Each set I am for 12-16 4x sets of chest flys, 3 sets incline press, 2 sets shoulder press, 3 sets lateral raises, 3 sets dumbell rows, 2 sets hammer curls till failure, 2 sets spider curls, 2 sets cable curls, 2 sets skull crushers and tricep extentions. 3 sets lat pulldowns each with different attachments 2 x calf extentions to failure and then 10 minutes minimum on the stair master. After working for 8 hours at least and having to take care of my mom, setting up her oxygen cooking for her But yeah I totally dont make sacrifices and work hard just to end up looking like shit, fuck outta here.
@@tyresestewartforeverabsolu4089 i have tried a bunch og different hair cuts and styles I only look good with a mid to low fade/taper, I wear form fitting clothes, I make my fucking employees/coworkers and friends laughing in and out of work, charisma is no issue and no the jokes aren't self depreciating. I give actual sound advice to which ever friend asks, yeah I'm that guy. I use baking soda, detergent, dryer sheets, white vinegar for whatever I sweat in, I have no reason to wear designer clothes that I own. No time to go anywhere but the gym work and home, not a single woman has looked my way nor crushed on me, if you are not born with a decent face in the 2000s its over for you. You will now tell me to spit game or something
