Absolutely Beautiful! What a gorgeous home. The wood floors and carpeted bedrooms, large windows, perfect kitchen, family room and dining spaces.❤ If (when) I had 1.8 mil I’d be first on the list.😊
🤗You're the best realtor, Terence!!! I like the house; but have a couple of concerns: 1) That hill on the side of the home looks very dangerous (it needs solid (closed kind of) fencing done)... 2) All the closets need to be finished... That's it... Overall it's a nice home and👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 happy the basement was completed... Thanks for sharing
The price tag for this home has to be mainly for the land in total b/c, no. The primary bathroom is 🗑️. The upstairs closets is tiny and undone?!! No. 21:16
I would have moved the house closer to the left to create side entry garages. At this price range, front entry garages are killers. The house itself is beautiful though.
I'm not a big fan of front-facing garages either at this price point. There may have been a minimum setback that prevented it from being moved more to the left.
Terence, you outshine these properties every time! The land and basement were the best features for me. Layout and small closets for the price weren't great. Missed opportunity to not build an egress for potential bedroom downstairs in basement. That view is what will sell this home.
Thank you Envy! Agreed on the room in the basement. As a 4-bedroom house, finding room for a 5th in the basement would have been nice. I think putting it in the room where I finished, under the primary suite, and below where that 2nd floor bedroom would have been good. Nice light there!
While the property is nice, it didn't wow me! With the amount of square footage, I expected a large primary with a killer en suite and walk in closet; both are very underwhelming in size. There should also be a 5th bedroom in the basement. The craftsmanship is spot on but the layout is a bit off likely due to the odd lot. Great tour though!

So many possibilities for that basement too!

You've shown so many wonderful homes on your channel, although this home didn't make me smile, I am quite sure someone will love it!
Thanks for watching my tours, I really appreciate it!
😮 looks amazing with perfect amount of land. ❤
Yea I definitely liked the houses not being bunched up! Nice to have some land!

Thanks Millah! A fence in addition to steps down would be good!

re: home price -- that's Milton for you. The average price is up to $1.4M and median is $1.25M. Crazy

Agreed on the 5th bedroom. I think that room I finished the tour in would have been the ideal spot for one. Nice light/windows in there
House unfortunately missed the mark. Is this an experienced builder? Several rookie mistakes with lifestyle designs.
What would you have recommended they do differently?
