nhi bhai eligible to nhi hote,bt jb aap form fill kroge to koi document ya proof nhi mangta ki aap ug me ho ya pg me,to form fill krke exam de skte ho. btt jo jrf ka certificate aayega use kahi use nhi kr paoge.
