Remember just cause it sounds different and not what you like doesn't mean we don't know what " real music " all music is real music and to put one down simply because it's different isn't ok. No it doesn't sound the same and yes this generation of music is my favorite as it's soo pure and sweet, but the music of today is still good, yes to me this generation of music is better, but still today's, 90s, 80s, 70s etc All music is real music and no one needs to make anyone feel bad about liking different genre of it. Remember to be kind and lead with love not hate 💗

Conservative adults back in 1960 were probably thinking the same about rock & roll, and dismissed it as "Negro" music that set off reactions in juvenile delinquent behavior. The attitude can be said about today's music as it did back in 1960. The Crests were one of doo-wop's most versatile and interracial groups, consisting of two blacks, a Latino, and a Italian American lead singer (the late, great Johnny Maestro.) Another doo-wop band (The Marcels) had three black and two white members. )

Johnny Maestro may be the most under rated singer in music history. His catalogue of music is masterful, he blows away todays garbage by a country mile. If he isnt in the rock n roll hall of fame than they should just board it up and close it. Thank you Johnny for music memories i will cherish for ever.

This man-made music and actually made the groups with several different groups when he was singing and he did all of the groups Justice with his incredible voice. They would have never been anything without him.
And what amazes me is these idiots of today? Think they can sing what a joke. 95% of can't carry a note in a bag? But what are you gonna do? When you don't have any entertainment you got to Settle for what you can get and today compared to these guys. It's a joke.
