So after testing an every server, I cannot get it to work your method. The method I did get it to work was unplug Ethernet cable, drag over, plug back in and it dupes.. great BUT when I try to drag the items IE money it says a critical error has occurred so even though i can see the duplicated items and money has gone up, i save and exit and rejoin a different server it’s back to normal for me.
5/26/24 Works! TIPS ----> You need to have enough space in your inventory. There needs to be some lag to the server. Drag and drop your backpack to swap them out 2 times before it tries to switch them for this to work. That is the key, 2 times before the server catches up for this to work. Try few times. Just did this for over a hour 10+ times. !!!!! --->Once it duplicates the backpack don't do anything and exit server and relog before removing duped items or they will disappear before you eyes!!! Relogging once the duplication happens saves the duped items. Do not mess with them until you relog!!
Still works although i recommend using the ethernet cable method, it works in any server (unplug ethernet, move bag to back twice, plug ethernet back in then end deployment soon as you see the bag is duplicated)
What works for me. Unplug lan cable from desktop, wait a few sec's and plug it back in then started the dragging process. Once it duplicates don't do anything and just end deployment then re-connect. I now have 8 mil lol
This is early access there are many glitches and exploits that will continue to be found. The point of early access is to discover all of this, they are not going to wipe everyones progress in early access because people have used glitches to gain advantage.. ultimately the players who put in the most time always have advantage..
This is a convoluted way, any server works, one backpack in your storage , fill it, unplug your ethernet, drag it on ya boddy twice, plug in ya ethernet and wait it will duplicate it itself. logout, login. you can do both bag and tac vest filled together.
I already gave this to devs and streamers 4 days after the game launched and all my friends reported it to, its only gonna be a priority if everyone knows and uses it, game is gonna wipe anyways, best for the game now is that we find as many of the exploits before the next wipe
Everyone already knows about it and the developers' bug report channel just lets everyone see the bugs that get reported, so may as well get views from it

This does in fact duplicate however it does not stick. It registers the new duplicated bag as the one currently attached to your character then fails to remain duped
It`s can be easily achived. Just turn off internet and drag backpack 2-5 times to backpack slot, after that turn on internet and click "Safely deploy" not closing inventory
I tried turning my wifi connection off, but it didn't seem to work, logged out and then in again and an extra backpack was there, Don't destroy the empy backpack though as you can sell it for a few dollars
it's good, my game crashes a lot of time and many players lose their stuffs, good luck to send a ticket and flood the service, i hope they dont remove it untill they fixed the game crashes
nah, devs need to be aware and HAVE been made aware, if it takes most of the playerbase using this exploit in order to make it a priority for them to fix it, then that's the way its gonna be

Yes it is the only possible solution. Even if they stop this mess, new players will be completely disadvantaged in comparison to the older ones... What they have to do is to stress out about ALL the possible bugs, fix all of them and then wipe. The game is dead with this sh*t.

Very probable that it got patched. It works when you do the dupe but when entering your normal server it ain’t there anymore. Just fyi Edit: nope it works. Just can’t move items from the backpack while on the different server.
People crying about this are dumb af. Number one; it's early access. Number 2; it literally hurts no one but the person doing it. Number three; it's kind of justifiable. I've personally lost about 20 loadouts to crashes.
So it doesn't hurt you if I dupe 60000 m855a1 and 10000 m67 frags, aswell ass the best weapons and armor in the game and then keep going to the place your trying to do a quest and murdering you repeatedly with infinite grenade spam and armor piercing ammo spam? Like it fucks the whole balance up, because if I play right and I'm like lvl 10 doing lvl 10 in lvl 10 places with lvl 10 gear and then you show up to lvl 10 place to do lvl 10 stuff but you found some lvl 40 stuff (which only existed because dupping) and dupped it and now your wrecking my ass. Hurts no one lol dumbass
I am doing this without the Wifi turn off method. The OG method with ping. I leave after it goes through and I keep getting "Online Persistence Error" every single time now. :( Ive checked online and there were some command prompts it suggested. Ive done those turned off Router for over 5 minutes and computer. Still same issues persist. Any work around?

This does not work. When you do it, it appears to work, upon leaving the server all of the items in your backpack on your person are empty and the original items are in their original bag. Only a ‘visual’ glitch.

no its a perfekt way for people getting their stuff back thats been lost due crashing game/server unlootable or despawning bodys or if ur in coma and just fall thew the map while getting healed by a team mate If these bugs are fixxed they can patch it or bann people that still do it

Try on a server continent thats far from where you are so that you'll get a high ping in game. Im in france, I did the glitch on an Australian/Oceania server, I got a very bad ping and it worked.
its not cheating! there is nothing else u need just the game itself and u can do it. no cheat software no cheat hardware and no 3rd party software that is affacting the game so if someone does this its not cheating

You don't need 2 backpacks, you only need 1 and all it takes is disconnecting from your wifi move what you wanna dupe and reconnect.

Guys, you don't need to race against time. Just disable your internet, move it twice, re-enable internet. Works on any server.

Put your VPN to the other side of the world of the server you're on and it'll dupe first time, did it twice in a row

pull lan cabel from pc drag let it disconnect re plug in reconnect itll work truss i was having same issue
actually dont let it disconnet just pull lan drag once then replug it in it wont recognize the duplicate til u plug back in tho

Yes it works, try to leave the server right after the dupe without touching anything else
btw, easy way how to do it without changing server region and with really fast internet like I have.

You are removing them right after the dupe. You need to Save and leave before you try to remove the items and then relog for it to work.
