This song is still excellent. I can't believe it's not gotten more views than this after all these years. People are so missing out on just how great this bad truly is and that's a shame.
This is my favourite song by White Lies. You guys did a perfect job, I doubt an official video would have been better. A big Russian city fits this song perfectly!
this vid emphasises exactly what wrong in our society today, i can totally relate to the main character,watching all these idiots walking around as individuals stuck in there mobiles and tablets, nice to see someone else notices it, great metaphor too, the world has truly become a BIG TV
It reminded me of a short video called Stones. I think this social observation has been becoming greater known though, with things like Her, Black Mirror and Passenger but its sad when you realise that some people dont relate to it, or dont do anything when they realise. I know I personally can be guilty of the second. I agree with you, with it all being a Big TV, constant information and noise.
