    Made this yesterday and it was amazing 😍 thankssss. First time I made doughnuts that didn’t shrink after frying, or stay raw in the middle. The patience is really necessary!!!!

    I made my own today, although I didn't get the white line perfectly but the recipe is the bomb
    I added a little salt to mine too

    Good evening ma, pls what's d reason for using room temperature water instead of Lukewarm water.

      Because, warm water tends to over activate instant dry yeast

      Ma, I noticed you didn't proof the dough. Do you get the same results when you proof for 30-60 minutes for the first time?
      Please throw light on proofing twice.
