When market going in uptrend or in downtrend before making new higher high or new lower low sometimes market spend time at support or resistance. And make zones there should we consider that zones as the demand or supply zones??

These would normally be consolidation areas, and best to watch lower time frame on the breakout then you can trade them as a zone yes

Hi...i have a question
from that fresh supply zone on top , there was that large candle drop , then a small base bullish candle which created another supply zone. Then we dropped three more candles which created another base / supply zone. why didnt you put that as a fresh zone? after that, it got tested multiple times, was broken, created a double top to resume the downtrend.
