Thank you for uploading this! I’ve included this class in my training and it’s so good! The only part I didn’t catch the instructions on was the cool down shaking, I couldn’t hear any audio, so I just shake 😅 but I’m curious on what the specific instructions were. Thanks again! 🫶🏽
It's great what you did - the simplest is the best :) The instruction I usually give is to spread your toes and feet wide, bring a shake from the knees as lightly as possible and without unnecessary movements, move with the thought within the frame of the body, breathe through the nose, and when there are thoughts try to go back into the body and lie down to breathe, with closed eyes :))
After a few minutes just stand with your eyes closed and keep listening to your breath
