But for early gen mazda 3, Automatic is the way to go because Manual trans have the infamous 3rd gear popping to neutral while driving. I did auto to manual swap on 2005 Mazda 3 HB, thats how i found out. Good Video. Nice mod.

Well, you have to make sure if the car has abs or not and buy the proper transmission accordingly. Because if you get the wrong one you can't plug up the sensor that takes care of your speedometer, cruise control and some drivetrain related warning lights. But either transmission will bolt up to existing mounts. So it's literally just the cost of the transmission and the labor to put it in. I put mine in myself so I didn't have to worry about labor costs. But considering my car has abs, it cost me around $600 for the cheapest used one I could find. You probably shouldn't go for a used one though. I probably lucked out finding a good one so cheap lol

Samir, how did you paint your vent trim? I literally made a video for colton saying I wanted to do that in the matching blue to mazda and my only intial thought was to masking tape around it, use a garbage bag or two so you don't get paint residue on the dash or doors etc, general particles setting... And spray the circle... Tell me there's a more sensible way to do it than covering everything else and using a thing blade to cut the tape and expose the ring
Basically you will need to stick your fingers in the vents and gently pull.u basically just want to pull the whole vent insert out.it will take some force but when u grab the fins inside just be carefully not to break it.then once it’s out u can either take the fins/flaps out or just mask that off and paint it
@@samirhilal192 awesome, next it'll be how do I remove the glovebox accent trim (BL model) , door hand grips and the silver gearshift trims as I really don't like the excessive silver and want to give it a light sand as it's had some wear down and give it a fresh coat, pretty much any painting I was going to do was with Duplicolor cans matching my car color, including steering badge cause... Why not plastidip is everywhere and if it doesn't work, plastidip it is (in saying that I haven't taken a plastic tension tool to pop the dash accent trim off yet nor the hand grips to the doors) - btw, full props to your mum, don't think mine would have helped me at any point putting things back in place 🤜🤛
ok im a fan of mazda im about to buy a new one right now, but honestly the exhaust does not sound nice when its an automatic, the sound does just not match, tho i like what you did with the all black mod, however you should change the wheels to a sick matt pearl white, that will make the car stand out.
I want that front lip so bad but the real gv ones are impossible to find. Do you think that lip would fit on a speed with some trimming around the grill or is it completely different
The lower shape of the Speed 3 bumper is different, i'll be testing a Speed 3 lip soon but the Bayson R lips actually fit to the sides of the bumper which have different shapes.

My second gen Mazda 3 has a weird thing in witch first gear is kinda ambiguous, sometimes if pulls other time it feel like I’m moving at a snail pace

Light wet sanding should do... prime then paint
