  • Consider this your Jeep leak fix Masterclass. With almost 2 hours of professional content, jeepleakfix.com/ has put together the most in-depth and detailed look into the real reason your Jeep Wrangler is wet inside and how to professionally fix it at home once and for all. This video combines parts of our first video: How to professionally fix leaks in your Jeep JK Wrangler and adds a new step-by-step freedom panel gasket install that will help you stop water from getting inside your Jeep and wetting your seats, carpet, seatbelt, radio, windshield, dashboard and cargo area.
Our DIY jeep leak fix kit is designed to redirect the water that is entering the cabin of your Jeep away from the inside and channel it to where it belongs.. outside.
Many videos advise adding products found at places like Home Depot to try and "STOP'' water from entering but this is the wrong approach. The truth of the matter is this, you can not stop water you can only redirect it. Our gasket does just that. When your Jeep gets wet on a rainy day we must redirect that water much like rain gutters on the roof of a home.
The reason all Jeep Wrangler JK,JL,GLADIATOR leak is because there is no body side gasket. If your open the door of your Wrangler you will notice that connected to the door you have a rubber weather stipping gasket all around. What keeps rain and water from entering the cabin is that there shoud be a body and door gasket touching to make a water-tight seal.
Every automobile on this planet, except for Jeep have these 2 gaskets which prevent water from entering on a rainy day.
Our jeep leak fix kit is the solution to this problem. It sealt the door to the body of the vehicle making it the perfect solution when the vehicle gets wet.
We have been testing out a variety of gaskets be it foam, rubber etc and have developed out system to work specifically for Jeep Wranglers. Our gasket not only seal the door to the body but also has a flap that acts much like rain gutter on a house roof, redirecting the water away from the interior.
We have spent countless hours refining this product because we are Jeepers just like you and can not count on Jeep to solve this problem. Our kit addresses the annoying dripping coming from the roof freedom panells, doors and rear hatch keeping the inside of your carpets, seats, etc dry.

I installed on Sunday in two hours and left outside in rain for two days and bone dry. Before I had water under the carpet on both front sides and in the back. So happy! Highly recommend.

First off, you guys did an amazing job with the product overall and the video’s explaining each step by step of the process. I even called and got an answer and full helpful explanation. I did the freedom panels along with the doors and it fixed my leak on my front floor board! So happy with this product and experience of doing it myself and seeing why its leaking. Thank you guys! Keep up the awesome work! Will keep recommending this to fellow Jeepers!

I just bought a 2014 Wrangler and was very disappointed to find the carpet completely soaked, after the first rain. I had only owned the vehicle two months, and boy was I disappointed. The leak had never been disclosed and I started researching the issue, which appears to be quite common. Since then I have read numerous articles and watched numerous videos. Jeep Leak Fix is by far the best video I have come across. They explain why Jeeps leak and have a complete installation video I called and spent a good thirty minutes on the phone with Anthony who removed any and all reservations I had. The kit is on back order but I just placed my order. I am a little intimated by the freedom panels, but this is definitely worth my time and effort. I hope to be another satisfied customer and will give an update once I finish the install.

Phantom fixer: I fought the door leak problem for 3 years. Found a water diverter that mounts to the front end of the rain gutter. Water is diverted to the windscreen rather than down the door and poor seal.

I am so glad I found y'all and this product. Thank you soooooo much your kit fixed my leak. I tried everything from the Home depot stuff to taking it to the dealer. Honestly, I was a little skeptical about there actually being a fix especially after taking it to my local Jeep dealer twice and still it leaked. They even had a "water specialist" working on the Jeep and I got it back leaking even more. I was about ready to trade the sucker in but I really love my Jeep. I now tell everyone I know about the website. Jeep needs to get y'all on their payroll and take care of this problem the right way.

Love the product idea! At 10:50, those 'freedom panel screw/bolts" are to be used when running without the back of the hardtop. There is a little black block on the freedom panels that fold down to contact the body of the Jeep. Those bolts then keep the Freedom Panels from flapping around.

Awesome Job guys. Definitely a Product I need for my leaky Jeep. Since the dealership can’t fix it. And put some black sticky putty on the Conners of the freedom panels. When I seen what they did to fix it like that I told them “well that’s half Ass”. And it still leaked. And figured if I want something done right I better fix it my self. Definitely looking forward to use your Jeep leak fix kit. Keep up the good work. I’ll pass on your product. 🤘🏻🤘🏻

Folks, today a huge rain storm came through. I just checked 5 minutes ago, and there was not a drop of water on either side of my wife’s Jeep. I have confirmed that the correct way to apply this product is to apply it the way the first portion of this video shows. Then, when you get below the black door strap, follow the inner edge down, and as you make that curve down to the horizontal foot path, stick it on the top, maybe leaving 8th. of an inch exposed on the inner part of the bottom panel. Do not, I repeat, do not route it low at that part, like the video shows. The water travels down and gets in by the bottom of the door, about 8 to 10 inches from where the curve straightens out below the door strap. I wish I could upload a couple of pictures here to show, but just follow what the video shows down to the middle of the curve and do what I said from the mid-curve forward above the foot board part. I think the first guy does it the correct way, then he says to move it down because the feet would hit it. I glued a little bit, about 6 inches, right after the curve of the door panel. I hope I didn’t confuse anyone.

I have posted couple of comments to the effect, this didn’t work for me. Since there are a lots of gasket, I tried different application options. I believe I may have solved the problem I was having. I took off the gasket I first applied following the instructions from the edited version of this video. Then I reapplied like this guy is showing. When you get to the bottom foot pillar, don’t divert down, stay on top straight back. One problem with that is, when you close the door, the gasket gets bent up and water leaks in at that spot. So, I just glued it down so the whole rubber gasket hugs the bottom part. I just had a big rain fall this morning and I found zero water inside. Hope it will last.

To be honest, when I first installed this proprietary rubber seal, I also replaced the rubber gasket around the doors too. I found more water on driver and passenger side than before replacing the gaskets and adding this insulation. However, it seems as the leak is no longer happening. It’s been raining all day and I just went outside and checked it. No water inside. I think it took a few months of opening, closing and heat to both the gaskets and this sealer to become supple enough to merge with each other to create a tight enough fit to stop the leak.
